Hannahem's care and residential facility is located in Råcksta, Bromma, with proximity to nature and public transportation. The residence has 54 places distributed across four dementia care units and two units for somatic care. One of the dementia care units has a Finnish focus, which means there is bilingual staff and we acknowledge Finnish holidays, traditions, and Finnish culture.

About the role
As a physiotherapist with us, you will be an important part of our multiprofessional team with an occupational therapist, activities coordinator, nursing assistants, nurses, and physicians. Together we work based on a function-preserving approach – with a focus on strengthening each person's abilities, participation, and quality of life.
You are responsible for assessing, planning, and following up on physiotherapy interventions and are an important support for both residents and colleagues. Your work includes, among other things:
• assessing mobility and transfer abilities and establishing individual plans
• instructing and training care personnel in ergonomics and transfer techniques
• prescribing, fitting, and following up on assistive devices
• working with fall prevention and interventions
• planning and leading physical training and activities, both individually and in groups
• contributing to the development of working methods and quality in the operation.
You work both independently and in close collaboration with other professions. You are part of the local management group, participate in the operation's improvement council, and attend team meetings on the units.
Preferred start date: October 1, 2026, or by agreement. The work is conducted on weekdays, daytime. Position: 80%.
We work in the Welfare journal system (formerly Epsilon) and register our medical technical products in ALISA. Our physician organization is Familjeläkarna.

Your experience
We are looking for you who:
• Are a licensed physiotherapist/physiotherapist
• Have at least a couple of years of experience in the profession; experience working with elderly people is meritorious
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
• Have good computer skills.
Other information about the recruitment
Due to vacation, the recruiting manager will not be available for questions until the beginning of August. Otherwise, selection is ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
