Brommagården Care and Residential Facility is a dementia care home with 36 places for people with cognitive impairment. Traneberg Care and Residential Facility is a dementia care home with 44 places for people with cognitive impairment.
Our operations are built on holistic thinking, openness, respectful treatment and responsibility. The elderly person's integrity and right to make decisions are basic prerequisites for our work, so that the elderly person feels involved in their daily life and in their care. We place great emphasis on good reception of the elderly person and their relatives in different meetings. We work in multidisciplinary teams and learn about the elderly person's life story to create security, meaningfulness and a sense of coherence. We strive for good relationships with relatives and see them as a valuable resource in our work, placing great emphasis on good treatment of the elderly person and their relatives.

Your role
You will work in a team in close collaboration with an occupational therapist, nurses and other care staff. Your position is divided between Brommagården and Traneberg Care and Residential Facilities. Together with your occupational therapist colleague, you contribute to our residents receiving person-centered, function-preserving care. You provide guidance to care staff to support a health-promoting approach.
The position includes typical tasks for a physiotherapist such as assessments, follow-ups, prescription and trial of assistive devices, assistive device management and participation in gait and mobility training. Your assignment includes responsibility for assessments, interventions, documentation as well as guidance and training of care staff, both independently and together with colleagues and other professional categories. Training of students is also part of your assignment.
Your competence and experience
You are a licensed physiotherapist, preferably with several years of work experience as a physiotherapist in elderly care.
You collaborate easily with different types of professional categories and with relatives. You are secure and stable and have the ability to see the bigger picture in the organization when you work. You plan, organize and prioritize your work efficiently. You are open to improvements and want to contribute to our common development. You have pedagogical skills and can teach when needed.
