Then you could be our new colleague! What does the physiotherapist role at Norlandia Elderly Care involve? As a physiotherapist, you are responsible for physiotherapy assessments to restore or maintain the physical health of elderly residents and preserve their functions. You are responsible for assessment, fitting, prescription and follow-up of assistive devices, as well as training and guidance of care staff regarding rehabilitative approaches, ergonomics and transfer techniques. Documentation, follow-up and evaluation of interventions, as well as collaboration with other actors in the care chain are part of the profession. It is a broad role with many contact points that requires independence and initiative. You will be part of the management team and the team surrounding the elderly resident, together with nurses, care personnel and the facility manager. About Stora Rospiggen Nursing Home Norlandia Stora Rospiggen features 80 bright and modern apartments across four floors, equipped with large adapted bathrooms, kitchenettes and specially designed beds. Each unit has a kitchen, dining room/living room and patio. In our common areas we socialize, share meals and conduct activities. Each floor has spacious balconies to easily get fresh air and enjoy views of the surroundings and courtyard. Each unit also has an activity room for creative and enjoyable activities with our residents. In our outdoor environment we offer outdoor stays and activities.
