Your Responsibilities
As a physiotherapist, you have a key role in promoting health and independence in daily life. You work with assessment, training, and rehabilitation, and also strengthen the competence of care staff through guidance and education.
Your duties include:
Assess, plan, implement, and follow up on rehabilitation interventions.
Promote movement, health, and independence for each patient.
Support and educate care staff in rehabilitation methods.
Prescribe and follow up on assistive devices based on individual needs.
Work both independently and in teams with nurses, occupational therapists, physicians, managers, and care staff.
Participate in team meetings where we jointly plan person-centered care around the patient.
The work is flexible and you have freedom to plan your days based on patients' and operational needs, with support from colleagues and your manager.

You are a licensed physiotherapist with commitment, curiosity, and the desire to make a difference in people's daily lives. You thrive working both independently and in teams, and you see opportunities in change and development.
A driver's license is required.

The Home Care Team is an important part of the healthcare and rehabilitation team that collaborates with the hospital to create safe and coordinated transitions from inpatient care to home.
Through the team, we ensure that the patient receives the right services immediately upon discharge, providing continuity and security in rehabilitation.
