The position combines clinical physiotherapy work with an assignment as MAR involving municipality-wide work on development, quality, and patient safety. Job Duties As a Physiotherapist With us, you have important work you can truly be proud of. We make a significant difference in other people's health, quality of life, and well-being where you are responsible for rehabilitation and habilitation. This means examining, assessing, developing, monitoring, and evaluating the individual's unique conditions and functions for activity and participation. You prescribe individual assistive devices and assess the need for occupational technical aids. The position includes training nursing staff when needed. You monitor the implementation and outcomes of interventions and document according to applicable legislation. You work closely with colleagues in the rehabilitation team, other professionals within home care services, home help services, care and support staff in special accommodations, and care colleagues within the region. You work in both regular and special housing. In daily work, there is good support and collaboration between team colleagues. We work with person-centered care and plan work based on the individual's needs and conditions. As MAR You have multidisciplinary collaboration with MAS, nurses and nursing assistants, managers, benefits administrators, physiotherapists and occupational therapists, care personnel, physicians, and external partners such as primary care, specialist care, and inpatient care. You participate in a regional MAR network based on collegial collaboration, experience exchange, and strategic development. Together with MAS, unit manager, and operations manager HSL, you contribute to ensuring safe health and care services of good quality, with special responsibility and focus within the rehabilitation field. As MAR, your focus is on rehabilitation and habilitation as well as management of medical technical products. This means ensuring quality and developing procedures, investigating serious incidents within the rehabilitation field, and providing documentation for potential reports under applicable regulations. You are also responsible for conducting follow-ups of care in the operation based on the MAR assignment and driving improvement work that strengthens the individual's functional capacity toward increased independence. Qualifications We are seeking a licensed physiotherapist. The work makes special demands for broad knowledge within rehabilitation and habilitation as well as good understanding of municipal health and care services. It is advantageous if you have experience with systematic patient safety and quality work with the ability to drive improvement initiatives. As a person, you are calm, secure, stable, and responsible. It is natural for you to place the patient at the center, driven by development for high-quality care. To succeed in the role, you should also be flexible/change-oriented, able to see opportunities in changes and quickly change both perspectives and approach. As an applicant for this position, you should also have good communication skills in both speech and writing. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. B-level driver's license required.
