Your responsibilities In your role as a physiotherapist, you are responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitation interventions at our care and residential facilities. It's about promoting health, adapting the environment, and testing assistive devices that increase the individual's independence. Your main areas of responsibility: · Individualized rehabilitation: Conduct functional assessments and create rehabilitation plans that make a difference in daily life. · Assistive devices & Adaptation: Test, adapt, and provide instruction on assistive devices to increase security. · Training & Support: Educate and coach care staff to create a rehabilitative environment around the clock. · Collaboration: Work closely with nurses, occupational therapists, and unit managers for holistic solutions. · Documentation: Ensure quality and follow-up in accordance with applicable legislation. QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications We are looking for you – a licensed physiotherapist who wants to work with people in an ethical and professional manner. You have education and/or experience in: • Physiotherapy work in care and elderly services • Assessment, rehabilitation, and assistive device prescription • Documentation and work in digital patient record systems • Category B driver's license for manual transmission It's a plus if you have experience in: • Work in municipal care • Collaboration with other healthcare providers and stakeholders • Engaging with different cultures and the cultural differences it entails We believe you are a person who: • Speaks Swedish fluently, both verbally and in writing • Is confident in your professional role and has good interpersonal skills • Has strong collaboration skills and finds it easy to build good relationships • Is solution-oriented, responsible, and well-organized • Has genuine commitment to quality and the individual's participation In this recruitment process, we ask you to attach your CV and answer a number of screening questions.
