Ref: 20261876 Job Responsibilities In the Function Support Administration, we work in interdisciplinary teams. We serve patients living in ordinary housing as well as those in our specialized residential facilities that are part of LSS (Swedish Disability Services Act) or social psychiatry. Our overarching goal is to create a good, meaningful, and functional everyday life for our patients. We work toward this in our interdisciplinary teams. We are increasingly focusing on preventive health work, while also providing maintenance and rehabilitation services. We recently reorganized to further emphasize health promotion and prevention work. You will work with assessments and training focused on, for example, mobility issues, group training to promote health and social activities. You will also conduct preventive work such as FaR (fall and accident prevention) and group activities at residential facilities, all to create a functioning and balanced daily life for our patients. The health and care team around the patient consists of a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, nurse, and nursing assistants. You will also collaborate with people in the patients' social networks, and a pedagogical and educational approach is important for motivating and supporting the people around the patient. Qualifications We are looking for you as a licensed physiotherapist with an interest in working with our target group. Previous experience working with this target group is an asset. Experience from municipal healthcare is also a great advantage. You are happy to contribute your knowledge and experience to develop the department, and of course you enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams around patients. You value work environment and are willing to participate in improving it. Very good knowledge of the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are assets. A Class B driving license is required; being able to cycle is also an asset, as we have several areas we cycle to within central Malmö.
