About Us: We are an established primary care rehabilitation clinic in Skärholmen, and our large facility with approximately 40 staff members is committed to improving health in the area. We are now looking for a new colleague who wants to make a difference for people living with chronic pain. About the Position: The role consists primarily of individual clinic visits, where you'll have the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships and follow patients' progress over time. When needed, home visits can also be arranged to ensure patients receive the right support based on their individual circumstances. If you're interested in patient education, there are also opportunities to conduct patient classes and help strengthen patients' knowledge, involvement, and ability to manage their condition.
