We are now seeking a physical therapist for a staffing assignment with our mobile rehabilitation team in Gothenburg as one of our colleagues is going on parental leave. With us, you will become an important part of a competent team of 10 people—both occupational therapists and physical therapists/physiotherapists—who work both individually and together, both across professions and within rehabilitation. Together we work for high patient safety and to create that little extra in the daily lives of our patients. Job Description Staffing Assignment 80-100% employment Working hours Monday to Friday 07:30-16:00 Start date by agreement As a physical therapist in the rehabilitation team, you will have varied work that involves supporting different operations within residential care for the elderly (SÄBO) and disability services (LSS). Your workplace may vary and the interventions are both acute and planned. As a physical therapist with us, you have overall responsibility for patients' rehabilitation. You conduct assessments, plan and perform interventions, document care, and prescribe medical devices based on individual needs. An important part of your work is to supervise and educate care personnel to ensure safe and high-quality care. You work closely with occupational therapists, nurses, operations managers, and care staff. You will receive support from a team leader with a background as a trained physical therapist and a large wonderful team of competent colleagues with clear working methods and procedures. As a person, you are responsible, organized, and independent and treat others with humility and professionalism. With a flexible approach and a pedagogical and communicative manner, you thrive at supervising, inspiring, and creating security in interactions with patients, relatives, and colleagues. You need to master Swedish in speech and writing and have good ability and experience in documentation.
