ABOUT THE JOB We are now seeking a physiotherapist for the Rehabilitation Group within Support, Care and Services in Lycksele Municipality. The assignment is to promote good health by facilitating people's ability to function, be active, and participate. The work involves rehabilitation, maintaining, facilitating, and developing mobility/movement/health and well-being. It is about assessing based on problem formulation and wishes, and contributing with appropriate measures and follow-ups. The work also includes preventive efforts and guidance at the individual and group level with, for example, family members and work teams. Prescription and management of assistive devices is also part of the position. Our unit, the Rehabilitation Group, consists of physiotherapists and occupational therapists. The target group is found in regular and special housing, LSS housing, short-term housing, and daily activities. We cover all of Lycksele Municipality as our work area. As a physiotherapist with us, you work both independently and in collaboration with other professions. You participate in internal and external team meetings and group meetings at special housing facilities and home care services as needed. You participate in development work within the Rehabilitation Group and with other units within the support, care, and services department. Together, we work to create comprehensive solutions.
