Simrishamn Municipality has a large proportion of elderly residents and is investing in early interventions to enable more people to remain at home with good quality of life. The Rehabilitation Team is a central part of this investment to meet the needs. The municipality operates a short-term unit where rehabilitation plays a prominent role. The team around the patient consists of dedicated physiotherapists, occupational therapists, care coordinators, nurses, and care personnel who work together to strengthen patients within health and medical care in the home.

WORK TASKS
As a physiotherapist with us, you utilize the healthy aspects of each individual, you consider the individual's conditions and match them with rehabilitative interventions. In your daily work, you perform and lead health and medical care services within your professional responsibility. You also serve as a sounding board for your colleagues on rehabilitation matters, delegate, and offer guidance when needed. The work requires a flexible approach with the patient's needs at the center.
As support in your work, you have a pleasant and helpful team of experienced and knowledgeable colleagues. You have Ingela Löfberg as your immediate supervisor and Annica Edlund, Medical Responsible for Rehabilitation (MAR), who is responsible for the municipality's quality and development work.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Licensed physiotherapist
· Driver's license, class B
