About Vårdcentral AvestaHälsan Vårdcentral Avestahälsan has been in operation since 2012 and currently has nearly 8,000 registered patients. We employ approximately 35 staff members including district physicians, resident physicians, assistant physicians, physiotherapists, occupational therapist, midwives, child health nurses, and district nurses with various specializations. We also have advisory nurses, medical secretaries, psychotherapists, nursing assistants, and an in-house laboratory. We are a privately owned health center with a care choice agreement with Region Dalarna, so individual patients have exactly the same conditions, care guarantees, and fees as at a publicly operated health center. Vårdcentral Avestahälsan is independent from large healthcare companies and operates only in Avesta, though with many registered patients from surrounding municipalities in southern Dalarna and northern Västmanland. Our core values are: Competence – Care – Service – Accessibility Job Responsibilities We currently have two physiotherapists working part-time and wish to expand with an additional physiotherapist at approximately 50% (negotiable). You will work closely with other physiotherapists, a rehabilitation assistant, and an occupational therapist, as well as in a team-based setting with physicians, nurses, and therapists at the health center. Start date as soon as possible. Qualifications Requirements Licensed physiotherapist or licensed physical therapist. References that can be reached by phone. Meritorious We appreciate experience working in primary care, but most importantly, you have an interest in working in primary care.
