What we offer you! Within the care management's rehabilitation unit, 25 physiotherapists and occupational therapists work alongside six rehabilitation assistants. The rehabilitation unit is led by two unit managers and our staff operate from three locations in central Hässleholm and in Tyringe. Our overall mission serves twelve different areas in Hässleholm Municipality. The assignments are divided between regular housing and special housing as well as LSS (personal assistance services). As some of our staff have moved on to new challenges, we are now seeking physiotherapists for our unit. As a physiotherapist, you work with assessment of functional ability, treatment, and training. The work also involves prescribing assistive devices and providing guidance from a physiotherapeutic perspective. In your daily work, you will have dialogue with various professionals within the municipality as well as with external parties such as Region Skåne regarding care planning through Mina planer. The team meets together at APT (staff meetings) and beyond that we also have professional meetings where we meet within our respective professions to develop ourselves and our operations. We are seeking someone who is a licensed physiotherapist and has strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities. You also need good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills. You have a B driver's license as travel within the municipality is required. The services are provided by nurses, assistant nurses, rehabilitation assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, who also delegate from their profession to healthcare personnel in other operational areas.
