Would you like to work in a developing and stimulating primary care environment alongside dedicated and competent colleagues? Then you might be the person we're looking for! Storvreta Health Center has a well-functioning physiotherapy clinic currently run by two experienced and valued physiotherapists. As one of them is moving on, we are seeking a new team member who wants to be part of our team and contribute to continued good care and development.
With us, you'll work broadly within primary care and meet patients of different ages with varying needs. You'll be an important part of an interdisciplinary collaboration where the patient is always in focus.
Our Operation
Storvreta Health Center is part of the Primary Care and Health department at Region Uppsala and is located in a community north of Uppsala. The health center is centrally located in Storvreta. It's easily accessible by Upptåget train, which takes 8 minutes from Uppsala. There's also a bike path from central Uppsala if you prefer a more active option on a nice summer day. We offer most primary care services, and everyone at the health center works to provide our patients with the best possible care. We currently have approximately 8,100 registered patients and are a team of 37 employees. The operation is under continuous development, and we work continuously on improvements with a focus on patients' needs and a good work environment for our staff.
Your Assignment
Together with your colleague, you will continue to develop the physiotherapy services at Storvreta Health Center. We offer the possibility of flexible work within the scope of your assignment. Approximately 40% of the position includes duties as a rehabilitation coordinator (REKO), where you are responsible for coordinating rehabilitation measures and providing support in the sick leave and rehabilitation process. Experience with similar work is meritorious. We would like to see that you have a particular interest in women's health as well as experience in investigating and treating patients with dizziness.
Your Qualifications
You are a licensed physiotherapist and have previous experience from primary care.
