About the Position
In your role as a filling operator in Bulk Production, you will have an important and central role in Rechon's pharmaceutical manufacturing, where the focus is on ensuring high quality, sterility, and GMP compliance at every step. You will work in a cleanroom environment with modern filling machines where sterile pharmaceuticals are filled, inspected, and documented according to product-specific requirements.
The work is technical, precise, and takes place in a strictly regulated environment, which places high demands on hygiene, concentration, and discipline. The production pace can vary depending on project and volume, which means you need to be flexible and comfortable in a dynamic work environment.
This is a full-time position with rotating 3-shift schedule, where you work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts according to a schedule. You will be part of Bulk Production Filling, which currently consists of approximately 60 employees. The workplace is located in Limhamn.
Examples of Work Tasks:
Assemble and operate filling machine
Aseptic working technique
Perform IPC inspections according to product-specific methods
Document work according to GMP
This is a full-time position with a rotating 3-shift schedule Monday through Friday with varying working hours between 06.00 and 00.00. You will begin with a thorough introduction during the first two months on day shift (07.00-15.30), where you will work alongside an experienced operator.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, high sense of responsibility, and genuine commitment to quality and precision. You thrive in structured environments with clear procedures and instructions, and can work focused even during longer shifts.
Since the workload can vary, you need to be flexible, motivated, and disciplined, regardless of whether the pace is high or lower. You are a team player who collaborates well with others, but also takes personal responsibility for your work and performance.
You are comfortable in a cleanroom environment where requirements for hygiene, proper dressing and undressing procedures, and careful equipment handling are essential to product quality.
Requirements for the Position
Completed upper secondary education
Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
Ability to read and understand English
Meritorious Experience
Work in pharmaceutical production
Experience with GMP or documentation requirements
Work in cleanroom or other controlled environment
Production work with high quality and hygiene standards
Experience with machine operation or line work
Work in food production
We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
