About the Role Do you want to lead the development of a strategic function with major impact on safety, work methods, and regulatory compliance? We're now looking for a Function Head Electrical Safety who wants to strengthen safety culture, create long-term improvements, and be the operation's leading expert in electrical safety. As Function Head Electrical Safety, you have overall responsibility for developing, coordinating, and following up on the operation's electrical safety work. The role involves functional leadership where you drive matters forward through collaboration, influence, and specialist expertise rather than through personnel responsibility. You work closely with management, managers, project organizations, and operational activities to ensure that requirements, procedures, and work methods function in practice and create value in daily operations. At the same time, you have a central role in developing a strong safety culture, reducing risks, and converting experience into concrete improvements. This is an opportunity for you to combine technical expertise, operational development, and strategic influence in a role with major impact on both people and operations. You report to HSE Unit Manager Kerstin Rodell Lundgren. Your role includes, among other things: Lead and develop the operation's electrical safety function Ensure effective governance and compliance within the electrical safety area Be the operation's strategic expert support on complex electrical safety matters and represent the operation in relevant external contexts Drive development of work methods, competence, and safety culture Follow up on results, identify risks, and initiate improvement measures Position Requirements Who Are You? We're looking for someone who has: Very strong knowledge of electrical safety legislation, ESA, and industry regulations Ability to translate regulations and requirements into practical work methods in the operation Several years of experience from energy, electrical grid, construction, or other technically complex operations Relevant technical education or equivalent work experience Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal Category B driver's license We consider it particularly valuable if you also have: Experience developing and following up on self-inspection programs and safety processes Experience building or developing specialist functions in larger organizations Electrician authorization level A or AL Additional Information What We Offer After several decades in the energy industry, we know that our employees are our most important and valuable asset.
