Together, we get Sweden working. Do you want to be one of us? Department Mission The Agency-wide IT department is responsible for several of Arbetsförmedlingen's central digital support systems. We develop and maintain solutions that enable lawful and efficient management of the agency's information and processes. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the journey to create modern IT solutions by being part of an agile senior development team that supports Arbetsförmedlingen's work in managing agency information and regulations through, for example, E-archive and Diary systems. The position is in the IT department, and development takes place in close collaboration with experts from different parts of the organization, such as the Legal Department. The role involves developing and maintaining existing support systems for the business, as well as creating new solutions by applying Arbetsförmedlingen's platforms. As a full stack developer, you need to be an agile team player and have complete control of everything from development, support, further development, operations, and maintenance, but also responsibility for code quality and operations documentation. This requires structured work and attention to detail with regard to solutions and solution proposals. The ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions and be flexible is fundamental to succeeding in the role. You therefore need to be curious, responsible, and have a strong drive to work with development and maintenance. Basic Requirements for the Position - Higher education/university degree with IT focus equivalent to systems scientist or civil engineer, or alternatively experience deemed equivalent - Several years of Java development experience - 2 years of experience with Angular and TypeScript - Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing Additional Merits for the Position - Experience working in a complex IT environment with many IT systems - DevOps development experience - Experience with agile working methods - REST API experience - Experience working with OpenShift or another container-based platform - Experience working with Spring Boot & SQL The state values guide us in our daily work.
