This means teams organize themselves based on what needs to be built. It gives you a varied day where you work with different people, solve new challenges, and gradually get to know the entire product. We test new tools, explore AI agents and new development workflows, and are curious about how AI can help us build better products and become even better developers. Beyond daily work, we have various forums where developers from across Hogia meet to discuss everything from frontend and architecture to AI and new technologies. What You'll Be Working With: React TypeScript C#/.NET Azure Git AI agents and modern AI tools in development work We continuously modernize our solutions and aren't afraid to challenge old approaches when better alternatives exist. We Think You: have a few years of experience in systems development and love building modern user interfaces. are curious, learn quickly, and enjoy putting new ideas into practice. love collaborating and sharing your knowledge. are comfortable communicating in Swedish in both speech and writing, since our teams, customers, and our group language are Swedish. have tested AI in development, built agentic solutions, or are someone who always wants to explore the next technological leap.
