About the Role As a Full Stack Developer, you'll become a central part of our tech team, focused on developing, improving, and future-proofing our digital platforms and systems. The role involves both new development and further development, with particular focus on system design, architecture, and integrations. You'll work closely with developers, product, and business teams, and are expected to take greater technical responsibility and contribute structure, communication, and direction to projects. In practice, this may mean building new platforms and services from the ground up, designing and implementing scalable system architectures, creating integrations between internal systems and external services, and developing solutions for data management and analysis. You'll also work on improving performance and stability in existing systems. We believe developers should get to develop, so we keep our work structure efficient so you can focus on building really good technology! More specifically, you will, among other things: 1. Develop and further develop our systems and applications Build and maintain full stack applications (e.g., with Next.js and NestJS) Work with modern web technologies and TypeScript across the entire stack Participate in the entire development cycle - from idea and design to implementation and operations Work on multiple projects in parallel and contribute to team progress 2. Work with system design and architecture Design scalable, modular, and robust systems Structure solutions for high reliability, performance, and long-term maintenance Work with service separation, APIs, and data flows between systems Be a technical sounding board on architecture questions 3. Handle data, integrations, and identity Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and Elasticsearch Model data and translate business needs into technical solutions Build and maintain integrations between internal and external systems Work with authentication and authorization (OIDC/OAuth2, multi-tenant solutions) 4. Work with infrastructure, operations, and delivery Work in cloud environments (Azure) Build and improve CI/CD flows (GitHub Actions) Work with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize systems in operation (e.g., Grafana) 5. Ensure quality and stability Work with testing (unit tests and integration tests) Ensure robustness and stability in production environment Apply secure development principles Contribute to technical guidelines and best practices in the team About You We're looking for someone who is technically confident, solution-oriented, and likes to take responsibility. You're used to working in teams but can also drive work independently. You have a structured work approach and thrive in a role where communication and collaboration are as important as code. We believe you have: At least 4 years of software development experience Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern web technologies Experience with full stack development (e.g., Next.js, NestJS, or similar) Experience with system design and architecture Good experience working with databases and APIs Experience with Git and modern development workflows Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English It's a plus if you also have: Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure or similar) Experience with Terraform or other IaC Experience with authentication/identity (OAuth2, OIDC) Experience with monitoring and operations (Grafana or similar) Background as a consultant or experience working on multiple projects simultaneously Interest in technology choices, architecture, and long-term system design Our Offer The position is a full-time employment at our newly renovated office at Humlegårdsgatan in central Stockholm.
