We build high-traffic web platforms in the restaurant and hospitality industry and already work with hundreds of businesses. This isn't about simple websites. We're building large-scale web applications designed for high traffic, large datasets, advanced filtering, and long-term technical scalability. We're now looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to become our second developer on the team. The Role: This is a role with significant technical ownership and responsibility. You'll help set the foundation for our technical direction going forward and work closely with the founder and our current developer. In this role, you'll: Design and build scalable system architecture from the ground up Shape the long-term technical direction of our platforms Work with both backend and frontend in production-critical systems Help build the future development team Key Areas: Designing scalable architecture for high-traffic platforms Backend logic and database structure with Supabase and PostgreSQL Authentication and row level security API development and edge functions SEO-optimized frontend applications in Next.js SSR and static generation for large volumes of indexable pages Caching strategies and performance optimization Planning for stability, scalability, and long-term technical sustainability Tech Stack: Next.js React TypeScript Supabase (PostgreSQL, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions) We're Looking for Someone Who: Has several years of experience building production web applications Has built systems from scratch, not just maintained existing solutions Understands system architecture and scalability principles Has strong backend and database expertise Has solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and performance optimization Is comfortable with both backend and frontend Understands technical SEO and performance Is confident taking technical leadership in a small team Enjoys mentoring and contributing to high technical standards About RiseRank: RiseRank is a fast-growing scaleup in local SEO and digital visibility.
