We are now looking for morning-energetic & service-oriented Breakfast Attendants at Vildmarkshotellet who want to be part of creating magical experiences for our guests! The role of breakfast attendant In your role as a breakfast attendant, you will work with our breakfast service at Vildmarkshotellet. Your duties primarily include setting up and restocking the buffet, clearing dishes, and keeping the serving area, dining room, and outdoor seating clean and fresh. You are a social and outgoing person who enjoys meeting people and creating a welcoming atmosphere. For you, it is natural to greet our guests with a smile and ensure that every guest feels seen and well cared for. You have a good sense of service and can adapt your approach to different guests' needs and personalities. You are a natural team player and see collaboration as an obvious part of the work. You have a good ability to maintain a positive attitude toward both colleagues and guests, even when we are busiest, and you always help where needed. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in service and guest interaction, who wants to enjoy their job and is driven by the desire to provide the best possible service to our hotel guests and create memorable moments and experiences. Since the position includes lunch service, serving experience is an asset. We have a large operation and our restaurants accommodate nearly 700 people in total. This means that the pace at the restaurant is often high and the work requires you to be both efficient and able to handle stress. As a person, you are flexible, responsible, and solution-oriented in your work approach. You enjoy working in a team characterized by professional and friendly collaboration where you take personal responsibility for contributing to this. You should be unpretentious and recognize that we help each other do a good job rather than focus on individual performance. Work shifts can start as early as 06.00. Since public transportation is not always adapted to our early working hours, it is important that you are able to get to Vildmarkshotellet on your own and on time for your shift. These are fixed-term part-time positions with early morning and weekend work, though weekdays also occur. We are looking for service professionals who want to come and work from August through the rest of the year. To work in service, you must be 18 years old. Salary according to the collective agreement reached between Visita and HRF. Application deadline August 10.
