Now Quality Hotel™ Grand Borås is looking for breakfast staff - a morning person with a sparkle in your eye and full control over serving the day's most important meal. The role involves ensuring breakfast always looks fantastic throughout service, serving coffee to our hotel guests, clearing tables, and maintaining order in the breakfast dining room. The role includes opening and closing breakfast service on your working weekends, which includes preparing both hot and cold dishes. The role also includes preparing for the next day. You have a big service heart; you greet every guest with a warm Good Morning! You contribute to helping the department reach its set goals. The position involves working every other weekend, Saturday and Sunday, with working hours starting at 06:00. Does this sound like you? You thrive in a fast and dynamic environment and can handle almost anything the day brings. You learn easily and follow guidelines for ingredient handling. Experience in the restaurant and hotel industry is a plus and experience working in large kitchens is valued.
