As part of the Front Office team at Home Hotel, you are the heart of the guest experience – you welcome, guide, and ensure that every stay begins and ends in the best possible way. You create a warm and personal atmosphere where guests feel genuinely at home. With your energy, your eye for detail, and your natural ability to make people feel seen and appreciated, you help make every stay special. Your responsibilities Welcome every guest with a warm and personal approach, so their first and last impression is unforgettable Handle the daily operations of the reception desk, from check-in and check-out to bookings and guest inquiries Be the obvious point of contact for guests and offer assistance, recommendations, and everything that contributes to a homey experience Collaborate with colleagues to create a smooth and pleasant stay for all guests This is a fixed-term position with a start date to be agreed upon. The role includes varying work hours, including evenings and weekends. Are you the one we're looking for?
