Children's development and well-being are at the center of what we do. About the Position As an after-school pedagogue with us, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and developing the after-school program's educational activities in accordance with the curriculum. You create a meaningful, stimulating, and safe environment where students have the opportunity to develop both social and creative skills. Your responsibilities include: Plan and lead activities at the after-school program Stimulate students' creativity, play, and learning Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create continuity throughout the students' school day Contribute to a safe and inclusive environment Actively participate in the school's development work We are Looking for You: Are trained as an after-school pedagogue or have other relevant educational training Have a genuine commitment to children's development and learning Are creative, resourceful, and solution-oriented Have good collaboration skills and a positive attitude Are confident in your leadership role and can create structure while remaining flexible Merits: Experience working in after-school programs or schools Knowledge of creative activities, sports, or music Experience with values-based work and inclusive pedagogy Digital competence in educational contexts We Offer: Opportunity to influence and develop the program Close collaboration in a dedicated team A stable operation with 10 years of experience Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (probation may apply) Start Date: By agreement Do not delay submitting your application as we are recruiting on a rolling basis.
