JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As a leisure activities coordinator at our boarding facility, you will be responsible for ensuring the operation functions and be a good role model for our young people outside of school hours. We want you to serve as support for the high school students during their time away from home. You should be able to work at inconvenient times. The young people should feel a sense of belonging and togetherness, while also getting study time. This means you help organize the students' leisure time so they experience a stimulating life in Ronneby and the surrounding area. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily seeking someone who is trained as a leisure activities coordinator and has experience working with youth. Other equivalent education may be of interest. To provide the best possible conditions for our students to feel comfortable and be motivated for their studies, you should have ease in collaborating and communicating with both students, parents, and school staff. We would like you to have qualities such as creativity, initiative, service mindedness, and be responsible. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. It is meritorious if you have good knowledge of leisure activities in Ronneby, Karlshamn, and Karlskrona. Since you will need to move between our facilities, a valid B-category driving license is a requirement. Part of the work is located in the F 17 area, and therefore you must be a Swedish citizen.
