As a recreation leader in Vansbro Municipality, you will be part of an engaged team passionate about ensuring young people in the municipality have an active, safe, and inclusive leisure time. Together, we offer activities aimed at youth ages 13-18, and we strive for young people to have a say in how the activities are run. We have our own facility at Allaktivitetshuset in central Dala-Järna where we conduct open activities every week. You will • be active as staff during operating hours • participate in planning and implementing various activities during operating hours • participate in daily facility maintenance such as cleaning, preparations, and setup • participate in planning and developing the activities • jointly plan and conduct activities during school breaks and holidays both within our activities and in collaboration with other organizations • be active in cross-organizational collaboration between Vansbro Municipality and the Swedish Church's family and youth activities • participate in physical safety walks during risk occasions/evenings within the municipality • actively participate in Alcohol, Narcotics, Doping, and Tobacco (ANDT) prevention work involving the municipality's young people You must have • a Class B driver's license • basic computer skills and ability to handle common social media • the ability to actively participate in activities and events • swimming skills equivalent to the Silver Badge (Silverbojen) Before employment, you must provide a valid extract from the National Police Board's criminal record register. It is meritorious if you also have • recreation leader training or equivalent and/or other training related to leisure and/or youth We want you to be • engaged and positive • relationship-building • self-directed • proactive • flexible • have good collaboration skills • have personal maturity Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
