Welcome to us With us at Eriksdalsbadet, you'll become part of an engaged team of around 50 people who make a difference together every day. Eriksdalsbadet is more than just a swimming hall, it's a living meeting place, characterized by diversity, community and pride. Here children, youth, adults and seniors train side by side and we meet people from all over the world under the same roof. In summer, our operations expand with a popular outdoor pool that attracts thousands of visitors from all over Stockholm. To offer Stockholm residents good accessibility, we staff the facility between 05:30-23:00, 7 days a week, which means we work shifts, evenings and weekends. Learn more about Stockholm City's employee benefits at https://jobba.stockholm/formaner/ Your role As a wellness coordinator at Eriksdalsbadet, you'll be an important part of both our operations and our area. You meet our visitors with warmth, service and commitment and help more people experience the joy of movement. In this role, you lead inspiring group training sessions and adapt training to different target groups. Particularly important is work with youth in the surrounding area, as well as with people with disabilities and seniors. You also help plan and implement activities that strengthen public health, where your enthusiasm and knowledge contribute to attracting more people to an active life. With us we help each other maintain a high standard at the facility. This means that you, just like your colleagues, also contribute to reception and facility maintenance so that all our visitors feel safe and welcome. Some swimming instruction may also be part of the role. Your skills and experience You have: • Secondary education and at least one year of wellness training or equivalent • A passion for working with youth • Training and experience leading group training sessions, preferably in various forms such as water aerobics, core, strength and cycling. • Good Swedish in speech and writing, and the ability to adapt your communication to the person and situation • Basic computer skills • Good swimming ability and able to do a deep dive to 5 meters We see it as an advantage if you have: • Experience working with service and customer interaction • Experience working with people with disabilities and/or seniors • Training as an FaR leader • Training as a gym instructor • Swimming instructor training • Leadership experience from associations or other youth activities To succeed in this role, we believe you are proactive, enthusiastic and have a relationship-building approach to work. You are driven by finding solutions to motivate physical activity in those who don't exercise. To fit with us, it's important that you take responsibility for the whole facility, are flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances, have a pedagogical approach and work well with others.
