WORK TASKS As a teacher, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on instruction, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues. You actively work to meet each student based on their conditions and needs, with the goal of promoting knowledge development and goal achievement within the after-school program's mission. Together with the work team, you contribute to developing and maintaining the school's values and knowledge perspective, where active and conscious values-based work is a natural part of daily operations. You demonstrate engagement and initiative and participate in the school's systematic quality work. In this role, you contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment. You work to motivate students and strengthen their will and ability to learn. You are well familiar with the school's governing documents and ensure that documentation occurs according to applicable requirements. QUALIFICATIONS Education You must have teacher certification with eligibility to teach the relevant subjects for this position. Another person holding a pedagogical education that the employer deems equivalent may be considered, but then for a fixed-term employment. Competence You have experience and competence in reading and writing development. Legal Requirements An extract from the criminal record register is a legal requirement. Communication You must be able to communicate and collaborate with colleagues, students, guardians, and other professionals you encounter in your profession.
