Information About the Workplace
Located at the bottom of Stortorget, above the former Svea bakery, now Vasa Confectionery, Stortorg Clinic has been situated here for approximately 60 years! The clinic has been completely renovated and modernized since the turn of the year 2022/23, just like the building. It consists of six treatment rooms, OPG/CBCT room, central sterilization and lab/storage, reception, staff room, two changing rooms, and staff and patient bathrooms/RWC. We have a bright, calm, and welcoming environment, good ventilation with cooling and excellent sound insulation between rooms and from outside. We hear compliments daily from our patients about the facility. We are also pleased with the result, so it feels rewarding given the effort we have invested to make it this way.
We strive to work with extensive delegation and with high quality and service for our patients. This requires, among other things, good teamwork skills, communication skills, and a professional attitude.
Job Responsibilities
You will mostly work with standard dental hygienist tasks such as ultrasonic scaling, prophylaxis, and periodontal treatments. You have great freedom in how you structure your work, and we place great emphasis on patient satisfaction and quality. We strive for systematic documentation for improved communication and quality of care.
Since we are a small clinic, we consider it necessary that you can and are willing to help where needed in sterilization, reception, and elsewhere—possibly also assisting when time permits. Your patients/treatments always come first, of course.
We offer a broad range of treatments, and in addition to general dentistry as our main focus, we also offer implants and orthodontics.
Working hours are 07:10–16:10 Monday–Thursday and 07:10–12:40/13:40 on Fridays.
Qualifications
You must be a trained dental hygienist with a diploma. Experience and references can certainly be advantageous, but what matters most is that you have the right attitude and are a true team player! You must be fluent in Swedish in both writing and speech and have very good computer skills. We work with the Frenda journal system. Hygiene, structure, and order are things you value in your profession.

Additional Information
Part-time 50% to full-time 100% can be discussed. We prefer at least 70%.
