Your Assignment As a delivery lead, you will be part of the Technology Department. The department's mission is to provide FRA with the technical systems needed for operations. The department develops, manages, and deploys new technical systems as well as maintains and supports existing systems. In your role as delivery lead, you are a key person who coaches, coordinates, and creates conditions for a collection of teams within a domain. You lead multiple teams and are responsible for the domain's planning work (PI Planning), while also driving and coordinating larger business and development initiatives (portfolio epics) that span multiple domains, trains, and organizational boundaries. By creating alignment among various stakeholders, managing dependencies, and monitoring progress, you ensure that initiatives and deliveries move forward toward common goals. To create the best possible conditions for delivery, you work with continuous follow-up, coordination, and visualization based on agile methods. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, product owners, IT architects, and other teams within the department, where you contribute to removing obstacles, coordinating efforts, and creating conditions for successful deliveries. You Can We are looking for someone who recognizes themselves in and has knowledge or experience from the following: • Post-secondary education in IT or equivalent competence acquired through relevant work experience. At least eight years of experience in qualified IT work is considered equivalent to the requirement for post-secondary education. • Current experience with agile methods and frameworks, such as SAFe and Scrum. The experience should be acquired within the last three years and include at least five years of practical work. • At least five years of experience in portfolio management with responsibility for multiple ongoing programs, projects, and initiatives. • Experience in project management, team leadership, and financial planning. • Strong ability to facilitate working meetings. • Strong ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. We consider it advantageous if you have: • Education in agile methods, for example SAFe or SCRUM. • Experience working as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). • Experience with planning and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Experience with the ITIL framework.
