We are seeking a Research, Education, and Innovation Manager for the Diagnostics and Technology division Would you like to develop the research, education, and innovation of the future at Södersjukhuset? We are now looking for a Research, Education, and Innovation Manager for the Diagnostics and Technology division. Within the Diagnostics and Technology division, approximately 350 employees work in radiology, clinical physiology, breast radiology, medical technology, IT, and hospital physics. The division is characterized by high technical development, modern equipment, a growing focus on artificial intelligence, and a strong commitment to innovation. We currently have 10–15 doctoral degree holders within various professional categories and significant potential to further develop research and educational activities. We are now seeking you to create conditions for more people to conduct research, develop, and turn ideas into reality. You create structures that make it easy for employees to implement ideas and improvement initiatives in systematic development and research work. By inspiring, supporting, and coordinating, you contribute to increased employee engagement in research. In your role as Research, Education, and Innovation Manager, you hold a central position in developing and coordinating research, education, and innovation work within the division in close collaboration with the division's care management representatives and serve as the division's representative in research, education, and innovation matters. The goal is to create a sustainable research, education, and innovation structure where research, innovation, and education are a natural part of operations, where more employees engage in research and development work, and where the division continues to be a leading environment for diagnostics, technology, and AI. Competency Requirements: Licensed physician Doctorates with advanced scientific expertise and documented experience in research and innovation Clinical competency within a relevant specialty Experience in management or coordination roles Assignment and Organizational Placement As Research, Education, and Innovation Manager, you hold strategic and operational responsibility for developing the division's conditions for research, education, development, and innovation. An important part of the assignment is contributing to a culture where research is seen as a natural part of operational development and where improvement work, technical development, and implementation of new work methods also lead to scientific knowledge development. You drive the division's research, education, and innovation work by creating structures, coordinating initiatives, and strengthening the connection between clinical practice, research, education, and innovation. The role has clinical anchoring and is conducted in close collaboration with the division's management, the hospital's research, education, and innovation leadership, and external stakeholders. You provide support to the division manager and the Research, Education, and Innovation Director at Södersjukhuset. You lead the division's research, education, and innovation group, which is tasked with strengthening, coordinating, and monitoring research, education, and innovation activities within Diagnostics and Technology. You support and coordinate existing structures for the division's educational mission for physicians, from medical school through AT, BT, and ST positions. This is a limited-term appointment for three years with a 30% workload. The remaining 70% of your time is intended for regular work as a physician within your specialty area. Your primary employment will be a permanent position. You will be part of the division's management group and affiliated with the hospital-wide research, education, and innovation leadership.
