Foot Care Manager – Axelsons Gothenburg Axelsons is the Nordic region's oldest and largest educational provider in health, wellness, and body therapies. At our Gothenburg facility, we train the therapists of tomorrow and provide customers with treatments and consultations. We are now looking for a Foot Care Manager who wants to develop and drive our foot care operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in medical foot care, who thrives taking responsibility, and wants to combine hands-on work with planning, quality assurance, and mentoring. About the Role As Foot Care Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that foot care operations run professionally, efficiently, and with high quality. You will work both operationally with treatments and with planning, coordinating, and developing the operations. You are an important point of contact for customers, students, and staff members, and you contribute to creating a safe, educational, and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operations of foot care services Plan and coordinate bookings and resource allocation Ensure high quality in treatments and customer service Mentor and support students during practical placements and treatment sessions Oversee procedures, hygiene, and operational development Contribute to sales of treatments and products Identify opportunities for improvement and develop work methods What We're Looking For You are trained as a medical foot therapist from Axelsons Institute You have experience working independently with foot care You thrive taking responsibility and driving operations forward You are organized with strong administrative skills You have a professional and customer-service-oriented approach You are solution-oriented and flexible You work well collaboratively with customers, students, and colleagues Merits Experience in mentoring or teaching Experience with booking systems and administration Experience selling treatments and products Experience with operational development or coordinating responsibilities Experience from educational operations Terms This is a full-time permanent position based in Gothenburg.
