We are now seeking a Property Management Coordinator for the Österängen management area. In this role, you will report to Property Manager Karolina, who will be your direct supervisor. Your immediate team includes two additional Property Management Coordinators, which provides excellent opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing. The role is varied and involves contact with many different stakeholders. You have daily contact with tenants, contractors, partners, and colleagues within the organization, where you contribute with service, coordination, and administrative support. Your main responsibilities include: Pre-inspections and apartment viewings Inspections in connection with move-in and move-out processes Key management Procurement and invoicing Tenant and contractor contacts Maintenance requests Administrative support to other functions in the management office Daily reception work Qualifications: To succeed in this position, you have completed upper secondary education and at least three years of experience in administrative work. It is important that you understand the value of flexible and service-oriented customer service. For us, this means you are solution-oriented and experienced in helping customers through professional and respectful interaction, regardless of the situation. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and can adapt your communication to the recipient and situation. You have good computer skills, master the Office suite, and are experienced working in various digital systems. It is advantageous if you have experience working in the property management system Vitec. A driver's license (Category B) is required for this position. It is advantageous if you have post-secondary education in property management or other education that the employer deems equivalent. We also view prior experience as a Property Management Coordinator or similar role in the real estate industry positively. If you speak languages other than Swedish, that is also advantageous.
