Company Description Business Unit (BU) Vattenfall Power Solutions is a business unit of approximately 700 people within Business Area (BA) Vattenfall Generation that trains personnel in Swedish nuclear power, delivers nuclear fuel to Vattenfall's nuclear power plants, develops and implements projects and assignments, and provides internal technical specialist services to all of Vattenfall's operations, group staffs, and stakeholders. This includes activities such as development and provision of training, project management and project support, analysis management and investigations, product development, nuclear technical safety and dam safety assignments. Focus within Vattenfall Power Solutions is to develop our capabilities in project management and selected technical key disciplines. We actively work with continuous improvement initiatives and development of our models, where our work and expertise create significant value for Vattenfall and its investments. About the Role In your role as Management Leader, you will have a central position where you help drive the development of operational systems and ways of working in a complex and operationally critical environment. You are responsible for developing and managing systems and processes, with the goal of creating long-term sustainable and efficient solutions for the operation. The role involves close collaboration with both operations, IT, and external suppliers, where you serve as a key person in creating understanding and alignment between different stakeholders. You work at the interface between operations and IT and have an important task in translating the operation's needs into concrete requirements for systems, functionality, and deliverables. The role is both operational and strategic – you handle daily management while driving development and improvement work over time. You work in an environment with high demands for structure, quality, and compliance, which requires a systematic approach and good understanding of work in regulated operations. You are employed by Vattenfall Power Solutions and work on assignment for Vattenfall Fleet within Business Area Generation, which means you operate close to core operations and collaborate with several different parts of the organization. You will, among other things: Develop and further develop working methods, plans, and roadmaps for process and IT development Capture needs from the operation and translate them into concrete improvements Drive development and change initiatives together with others Ensure that processes and IT support actually provide value and support the operation's goals Be an important link between operations, IT, and external suppliers Contribute to communication and training in connection with changes Follow up on results and ensure that efforts have impact over time Drive change initiatives Requirements Specification Your Profile We believe you thrive in a role where you can combine structure, analysis, and collaboration.
