About the Job Within Region Blekinge, we work according to the PM3 governance model and perform work according to ITIL processes. PM3 is a business-driven model that creates value through close collaboration between the region's various operations and IT, which means you will become an important contact for operational representatives in our governance model. In your role as IT Management Leader, you are offered a varied and developmental assignment where you have primary responsibility for the management and development of the operations' IT support. In your role, you are responsible for, for example, ensuring that the following is carried out: Problem-solving, planning, coordination, and prioritization of activities that fall within your area of responsibility Actively maintaining close collaboration with various representatives within your area where you together drive the operations' services toward sustainability and quality Ensuring that prioritized activities are carried out in collaboration with the technical team Monitoring to ensure that from a technical perspective we guarantee that the operations' object plans and projects are fulfilled according to established directives About You We are looking for someone with higher education in IT or comparable education and/or work experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have previous experience from similar roles in IT operations and/or systems management with a strong interest and experience in leadership and management, informal or formal. Furthermore, you have very good computer skills with excellent ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are socially and positively driven with a desire to get the work done and with high quality as the foundation.
