DUTIES As the agency's administrative lawyer, your assignment will be to contribute to good administrative culture by providing administrative law support and legal advice to the organization. You will also be the Swedish Museum of Natural History's data protection officer. Your duties include supporting contract matters, participating as needed in drafting remittance statements, and contributing to the development of internal governing documents. You will also provide support to the agency's procurement staff in procurement in accordance with LOU. The assignment includes collaboration with different departments and functions, which means you are skilled at adapting legal issues to your target audience in both speaking and writing. QUALIFICATIONS You have a law degree (jur.kand. or equivalent) and many years of experience with independent and qualified legal work in the public sector, preferably at a ministry or other government agency. You have good experience working with GDPR matters, and it is meritorious to have experience as a data protection officer. If you have specialized training in this area, it is also considered a merit. You also have several years of experience in contract law, contract drafting, review, and contract monitoring. It is meritorious if you have experience developing internal governing documents in the form of policies, guidelines, templates, and handbooks. Experience with public procurement and procurement law is meritorious.
