We are now looking for a Property Management Director who will be part of a real estate organization operating within a large, expanding company. You will take on a central role in leading and developing a Property Management team with coverage across all of Sweden. The company's primary location is in northern Östergötland.
About the Role
As Property Management Director, you will be responsible for leading, planning, and developing operations while working closely with employees, consultants, and external contacts. The role requires present leadership where you create structure, drive collaboration, and ensure the team works toward shared goals. The role is a combination of operational work and leadership, where a significant portion involves supporting, developing, and creating the right conditions for your team.
The role includes, among other things:
• Lead and develop a Property Management team
• Plan and prioritize operational work
• Manage budgeting and planning work
• Create structure, control, and clear working methods within operations
• Work operatively with certain client relationships and project startups
• Ensure good collaboration and get the group to perform together
We believe you have the following profile:
• At least 10 years of experience from the real estate industry
• Several years of experience as a Property Management Director
• Experience with planning, operations management, and budget work
