Your Role Strategic maintenance is a section in development with a clear mission – to develop and improve working methods in operational safety and maintenance. As operational support to our production facilities, we work to create common working methods, efficient processes, and appropriate system support that contribute to safe, efficient, and sustainable production. Now we are looking for more colleagues who want to drive this development forward. As an administration and development manager, you work closely with the operations to develop working methods in maintenance and operational safety. With the support of analyses and monitoring, you identify improvement opportunities and drive development initiatives that create long-term operational benefits. You analyze results, identify causes of deviations, and lead improvement work together with the organization. The goal is to create sustainable working methods and more efficient maintenance operations. Your main responsibilities are to: monitor and analyze key metrics to drive improvement identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities based on established goals and processes support the organization in implementing and developing working methods, processes, and system support contribute to the development of methods, procedures, and governing processes within maintenance prioritize and make decisions on matters and improvement proposals from the organization The role is both strategic and operational and gives you the opportunity to influence how working methods and system support are developed to contribute to safe, efficient, and sustainable production. What You Bring You are analytical and structured with the ability to see connections and drive improvement. You have strong personal drive, make decisions, and bring others along in change. You build trusting relationships, enjoy collaborating across organizational boundaries, and drive work forward even when circumstances change. Requirements for the position: Engineering or other relevant university degree, or equivalent work experience. Experience with maintenance and improvement work in heavy industry Good systems understanding and experience working with digital tools, such as SAP, IFS, or similar Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written A category B driver's license is a requirement for all positions at LKAB Meritorious: Experience in operational safety work or materials supply Experience analyzing key metrics and translating results into improvement measures Experience in change management and project management.
