About the Role As an IT operations technician at Förvaltaren, you'll have a central role in ensuring stable and secure operation of the IT platform. You'll work with installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and further development of the technical environment, with particular responsibility for the operation of certain business-critical OnPrem systems connected to the property business. In this role, you function as a technical expert and point of contact for major changes, projects, and incidents. You also have a coordinating function, leading and supporting technical colleagues in daily work and collaborative initiatives. You'll work with advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving in both client and server environments, as well as providing 2nd and 3rd line support. In the role, you develop solutions to technical challenges, drive your own projects, and contribute to developing procedures, guidelines, and documentation. You set requirements and follow up on deliveries from external vendors, ensuring they meet both technical and business needs. The work also involves staying current within your technical field, identifying new opportunities and security risks, and proposing improvements to Förvaltaren's IT environment. Example Work Tasks Administer and optimize Förvaltaren's server platform across cloud services and on-premises Upgrade and maintain Förvaltaren's operational environment Conduct and manage new installations in Förvaltaren's operational environment Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving at client and server level Ensure high IT security and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and NIS2 Work with risk analyses and define technical requirements for new systems and procurements, and ensure technical safeguards for personal data What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with strong technical interest and several years of experience in IT operations and infrastructure. You're comfortable working both operatively and strategically, take responsibility for your deliverables, and thrive in a role where you can combine problem-solving with development work. We see that you have: At least five years of experience in a similar role within IT operations or infrastructure. Strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, such as Azure, M 365, AD, and Teams. Experience working in hybrid IT environments. Practical experience with installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows client and server environments. Experience with IT security work and compliance within areas such as GDPR and NIS2. Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and communication protocols such as TCP/IP and DNS. PowerShell knowledge. Experience with patch management in Windows environments, such as Intune or Heimdal. Experience with virtualized environments based on VMware vSphere. Experience working with SQL. It's meritorious if you have knowledge of BizTalk, printers, Unifi, and Fortigate. Further education or certifications within Microsoft's product portfolio, ITIL, PM3, or agile working methods are also meritorious.
