About the Role As a property manager at Victoriahem, you will play a central role in driving our operations forward. You will be responsible for the ongoing management of a portion of our property portfolio in Södertälje, where you will manage maintenance and improvement projects, develop investment decisions, and ensure we have satisfied tenants. In this role, you will, among other things: • Oversee planned maintenance and ongoing management • Manage smaller maintenance projects • Maintain close contact with tenants, authorities, and contractors • Conduct inspections at move-in and move-out • Work with improvement measures from a business perspective • Have personnel responsibility for property technicians As a manager, you will be responsible for the property portfolio from both a technical and financial perspective with business efficiency in focus. The role also involves many contact points, both internally and externally, and suits you if you are solution-oriented, structured, and communicative. The role includes community work to continuously increase safety and improve our neighborhoods.
