In the role of manager at Öxnehaga, you will have an exciting and varied position focused on engaged employees and satisfied tenants. You have a very central role as a leader in the management and are responsible for a team of 6–10 employees and a number of properties. In your leadership role, we expect you to work with trust-based leadership where you engage and support your employees to work towards established goals. You report to the Management Director and are part of Öxnehaga's management group.
Duties
Lead a team of approximately 6–10 employees (personnel responsibility including work environment and team development)
Manage a property portfolio within the Öxnehaga management area
Long-term development of properties – by providing suggestions, planning, implementing and following up on maintenance and investments
Operations and maintenance responsibility with planning, implementation and follow-up of activities
Budget responsibility within your area
Contact with tenants regarding housing and some inspections, ordering repairs and maintenance, and responsibility for managing disturbances
Internal and external collaboration with high service levels and clear communication that creates good relationships and satisfied tenants
Responsibility for building technical investigations, operations and maintenance measures and space adaptations
Qualifications
To succeed in the role of manager, you have relevant education or equivalent experience in property management of residential areas. You have good experience in leading employees in a trust-based and situational manner, are confident in your leadership and are passionate about developing people. If you have previously worked as a manager with personnel responsibility, this is meritorious.
You have good ability to communicate in Swedish orally and in writing with both employees, colleagues and tenants. If you also speak other languages, we consider that meritorious.
Further, experience from rental law, technical installations, maintenance planning, procurement and project management, and LOU is meritorious.
A driving license category B is a requirement for the position so that you can move around our areas.
