Technical Property Manager at Riksbyggen – Make a Difference Every Day Would you like to combine technology, business acumen, and customer relationships in a role where you truly make a difference? At Riksbyggen, you are more than a technical property manager – you are a strategic partner and advisor who helps our housing cooperatives develop their properties in a sustainable and long-term manner. We are approximately 80 employees in the Stockholm market area who together work with everything from project development to comprehensive property management. Make a Difference With Us As a technical property manager, you are responsible for a number of housing cooperatives where you become the board's natural partner in technical and property-related matters. You work both strategically and operatively by: - developing long-term customer relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to boards - working proactively with property development and long-term maintenance - following up on and developing maintenance plans - identifying improvement opportunities and creating value for customers - providing qualified technical advice ahead of investments and decisions - ensuring that laws, regulatory requirements, and official inspections are handled professionally - coordinating insurance matters and other technical issues You work closely with financial managers, project managers, client managers, property caretakers, and other specialists within Riksbyggen. Together, you create sustainable solutions and a high customer experience. The position includes evening meetings as part of the assignment, which is compensated with flexible working hours. We are not just looking for a technical property manager – we are looking for an advisor who wants to build long-term relationships, develop our customers' properties, and help strengthen Riksbyggen's business. We are looking for someone with experience from the construction or real estate industry who wants to combine your technical expertise with a strong customer focus. You Have: - higher education in construction, property technology, or equivalent - experience in technical property management or similar activities for at least 3 years - good knowledge of legislation, regulatory requirements, and procurement - very good IT skills and an interest in digital development and new technology - very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is a merit to have experience from board work or personal involvement in a housing cooperative. A driver's license (Category B) and your own car are required. For Success in the Role We believe you are business-minded and have an easy time understanding customer needs.
