Your Role
As Senior Support Services Coordinator, you hold a central position in our operations, responsible for supporting, coordinating, and developing public administration within the functional support area. You serve as a close support to both staff and unit management, actively contributing to ensuring high quality, lawfulness, and equity in case handling.
You lead a team of three support services coordinators and work in a coaching capacity in their daily work. The role involves providing support on methodological issues, legal assessments, and complex cases, as well as contributing to sustainable workload management by distributing cases and prioritizing when necessary.
The role requires strong ability to build trusting relationships, communicate clearly, and handle complex situations professionally. You thrive combining operational work with development initiatives and recognize the value in helping people grow.
Your responsibilities also include:
Developing and quality-assuring work methods and routines
Providing support on LSS and SoL legislation matters
Contributing to operations development and improvement initiatives
Monitoring and ensuring lawful public administration
Collaborating with service providers, relatives, and other internal and external partners
Supporting the unit manager in daily operations management
Your Knowledge and Experience
We are looking for someone with:
Extensive knowledge of LSS and SoL legislation
Solid and documented knowledge of the target groups served in the functional support area
Long and documented experience in management, preferably within the disability services sector
Multiple years of experience in public administration under LSS and SoL
Relevant higher education, such as a degree in social work
Experience with needs assessments and documentation according to IBIC is advantageous
