We are looking for a dedicated and responsible preschool teacher for our preschool. As a preschool teacher with us, you will play a central role in creating a stimulating and safe environment for our children, where their development, learning and well-being are in focus. Plan, implement and evaluate pedagogical activities that support children's development and learning, based on the preschool curriculum. We see that you have the ability to create a safe and inclusive environment where every child feels respected and valued. You will work closely with colleagues to create an inspiring learning environment and a good workplace culture. You will collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's development and well-being. It also includes documenting and following up on children's individual development and needs. You will also actively participate in the team's planning work and professional development. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are: A licensed preschool teacher. Have a good understanding of the preschool curriculum. We are looking for someone who independently seeks out new challenges, gets things done and initiates activities and projects. We are looking for someone who is good at creating and strengthening collaborations internally and externally, as well as building new relationships and maintaining existing ones. We are looking for someone who is communicative and clear. You have the ability to listen actively to understand others' perspectives and give and receive constructive feedback. Employment form: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: 2026-08-03, end date: 2027-03-31. Working hours: Daytime.
