DUTIES The role of a preschool teacher involves leading teaching and pedagogical work based on the curriculum. The work is based on children's interests and curiosity and translates them into goal-driven processes where learning is in focus. Pedagogical documentation and reflection are a natural part of daily activities to ensure quality. To create good conditions for your work, we offer free pedagogical meals, free work clothes for outdoor use, and your own work computer, allowing you to focus fully on the pedagogical assignment. You adapt activities to their different needs and build close relationships with both children and guardians. The assignment requires: • Preschool Teacher certification • Good knowledge of preschool's governing documents • Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written It is meritorious if you have knowledge in pedagogical documentation and digital tools. Before employment can begin, you must present a valid extract from the criminal record register for work in school and preschool.
