JOB DUTIES We are now seeking a preschool teacher for Ripan Preschool. Within preschool, we work according to the preschool curriculum, and as a preschool teacher, you are responsible together with your team for the pedagogical work at the preschool. You are well familiar with governing documents that you connect to children's learning and our operations. You contribute to a positive and developing environment for both the individual child and the child group as a whole, and work to create a good balance between care and learning. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a certified preschool teacher. You have good collaborative skills and are independent, resourceful, and goal-oriented. A positive attitude is a prerequisite. You have an interest in developing new work methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. We place great emphasis on all educators contributing to children's language development, so good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement both in speech and writing.
