We are now looking for a preschool teacher for a four-month temporary position, with the possibility of extension, at Mossen Preschool. The preschool is centrally located in Grums and consists of three departments, with the position placed in a department with older children. You will become part of an engaged work team where you together develop education, teaching and learning environments for the children. With us you make a difference! 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES Your assignment as a preschool teacher includes, among other things: • Plan, conduct, follow up and evaluate teaching in accordance with the preschool's curriculum. • Adapt education and use different communication channels to meet all children's needs. • Collaborate with a special education teacher in the pedagogical work. • Create a stimulating, safe and educational environment. • Together with the work team contribute to the development of the activity and learning environments based on the curriculum. • Work systematically with documentation, observation, reflection and analysis with the support of the documentation tool Tyra. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are an authorized/certified preschool teacher. You have a good ability to see and meet children's different needs based on their individual circumstances. You value good dialogue highly in your interaction with children, within the work team and in contact with guardians. Commitment to the assignment and a desire to develop in your professional role together with colleagues are important elements. You thrive in an activity characterized by responsibility, flexibility and cooperation. As a person you are responsive, humble and confident in your professional role with a professional approach. You remain calm even in situations that require flexibility and structure. In our activity, everyone who is to be employed to work with children and young people, according to law (2000:873), must show a valid certificate from the criminal record register (work within schools and preschools).
