Your Qualifications Requirements Licensed preschool teacher Good Swedish, both spoken and written Merits Previous experience in preschool Knowledge of school's governing documents and the ability to implement them in daily work We're Looking for You! You are a calm, confident, and present educator who puts the child in focus and values daily interaction. You have good pedagogical insight and the ability to create structure, coherence, and stimulating learning environments in the children's group. You actively work toward an inclusive and secure preschool where every child is seen, affirmed, and given the opportunity to develop according to their abilities. You build secure relationships with children, guardians, and colleagues. With a curious and engaged approach, you collaborate, reflect on your work, and contribute to the preschool's collective development. You are interested in how children learn and give learning the time and conditions it needs. You have a good understanding of human differences and meet others with attentiveness, respect, and cultural awareness. You see children's different experiences, languages, and cultures as an asset and create conditions for participation and learning. How the Recruitment Process Works In this recruitment, we will ask you for a criminal record excerpt. Interviews can take place on an ongoing basis. We want you to include a CV and a personal letter with your application. Grades/certificates do not need to be sent. We will ask you to provide these if an interview is scheduled.
