Qualifications We're looking for you—a licensed preschool teacher with the ability to create good collaboration and relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. You're a confident leader and good role model for both children and adults, with the ability to create a positive and developmental environment where children develop at their own pace. You have experience/knowledge of a Reggio Emilia-inspired approach and experience/knowledge of an intercultural approach. You can plan, implement, document, and analyze activities according to the preschool curriculum and other governing documents. You have strong ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing, and are comfortable using digital tools in your work.
