Job Responsibilities
Your assignment will be to lead and drive the educational work at the preschool together with other educators, based on the curriculum and other governing documents. As a preschool teacher, you will play an important role in the preschool's daily operations, where with a conscious approach you enable children to discover and develop their abilities in a comprehensive way. An important part of the work is to ensure that all children feel seen and have a natural place at the preschool.
You are responsible for providing children with a learning, challenging, meaningful, creative, and exciting play and learning environment. Together with your colleagues, you maintain an ongoing pedagogical dialogue with a commitment to change, deepen, and develop practice.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained and certified preschool teacher. We would appreciate if you have previous experience working with groups of children. You have a positive approach and interest in developing working methods as well as sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues.
